Just curious if anyone has ever ran this throttle body it's an 82mm dbw very common gm throttle body BOSCH Part# 0280750473 jbtuned has the necessary adapter to connect to the harness and the machined adapter to fit the intake. Obviously intake would have to portmatched and flared to properly take advantage of it but 180 dollars new for the bosch compared to a 72mm ktuned at almost 400 dollars seems like a pretty good deal plus might help with some of the tps issues with honda throttle bodies. Just curious on thoughts and opinions or if anyone has ever ran one. Let me know what your thoughts or experiences are.

Thanks, I was just curious I understand the way throttle body works. I thought maybe there would be some interest in doing different things instead of explaining why modifications are a bad idea and shouldn't be done for any gain possible be it minor or not. I understand bigger plates on modified oem throttle bodies like ktuned and other companies puts stress on the oem components. Hence using a oem designed and engineered, unmodified throttle body seemed like a good idea. I was using the forum as a discussion, weighing pros and cons, seeing if other people have done this. I thought this would be encouraged and would be a good thing here since hondata seems like they would be mod friendly and encouraging to people to do think out of the box especially when using there product to support it. I understand that you get a lot of redundant questions on a daily basis and I also understand that there are a lot of for lack of a better term "younger generation" that think everything can be done with a computer and have little to no experience with electrical or mechanical aspects of modifications or performance. Look man I know you know what your talking about and you know a tremendous amount of information about these vehicles and I have the utmost respect for that, but could you maybe try having conversation on forums/discussion boards because that's what they are for, are they not? I understand I am late to the game and I could do the cookie cutter build that's proven but that's not me, I like to think outside the box and I like to be different to make it my own creation. I'm not trying to call you out or be disrespectful or anything at all man. I truly do admire your knowledge. I have just experienced this same kind of reply that something is not "worth it", "isn't advised", or "doesn't go well" with zero reason as to why or discussing how it could possibly be done right with the majority of my posts. I'm not trying to prove you wrong man, that's not me, I am not a keyboard warrior out to stir crap up or argue on forums. I come from a generation who used forums to get ideas and come together with new ideas for doing things differently than everyone else making it your own build. Isn't that why we make modifications in the first place? To make something our own, and to have the pride of making it ours? New technology, new parts aftermarket and oem, are coming out every day, why not try to do what we enjoy with these new things.
