No signal from CSS

Hi sir. I was sold by TMENTERPRISEUS a PPL v4. My problem is i cant get a signal from my css to the kmanager. Do i need to rewire something to make it work coz i saw vtec academy teaching how to convert the wires from c101 to b11? Is that right? Or i need something else like a jumper harness? I have a ktuned kswap tucked engine harness, 99 ktuned conversion harness, vss to css adpator and 2008 civic si transmission. The car is a 99 civic ex. Thank you so much

How do you have the VSS signal wired to the ECU/K-Pro?
