Reduced power on shift

Hi there,
Having some issues with a calibration. Please see below.
- serial number of your FlashPro: 170604
- FlashPro Manager version: 4.1.6.0
- the calibration: (Please take a look and tell me if anything looks wrong)
- a datalog of a problem: - what sort of vehicle you have: Accord 2.0T (2018+) US
- what sort of ECU you are using: Factory ECU
- anything about the car which has been modified from stock which may affect the ECU: Flex-Fuel Kit (SiriMoto), PRL HVI, PRL Intercooler, PRL exhaust (2nd O2 Sensor Removed), PRL Front Pipe, DC Sports Exhaust, Deleted Intercooler Resonator.
- a specific description of the problem: Below.
Issues:
1. Feels like power is reduced at higher rpms.
2. When the car shifts, it feels like it's hesitating.
3. Knock. Not sure what caused it, but I see something other than 0 in kcount.
4. I checked the "Use AFM to determine WOT" box for the first time today. Should I have done that?
5. I modified torque limit tables on this calibration for a little smoother driving (and took a stab at fixing reduced power), but it does the same things with the base flex calibration. To be completely honest, I don't really know what I'm doing so I was conservative with my adjustments.
Note: Timing changes (TC.R) in 1st and 2nd gear are traction control, but TC.R shows 0 for both 3rd and 4th gear.
I'm more than open to any feedback or suggestions.
Thank you!
-Ryan
