Innovate ethanol MTX-D to ELD

I am having issues with accurate readings in flashpro manager. I have changed the settings in the mtx-d for the voltage slope and it does make a difference in the the readings flashpro manager so i know it is connected correctly. The gauge itself shows 10.8 percent but flashpro manager is showing 19 percent when everything is set to 0v=0 and 5v=100. is there like a go to offset with this setup?

Where do you have it grounded?

I currently have it grounded to the wire harness grounds that were originally on the intake manifold but were moved to the valve cover bolts when doing the rbc swap. I tried grounding to the head on an unused threaded hole where the evap stuff originally was before it was removed. This ground had the same result as the current ground. I considered dropping it down to the g101 ground but I was trying to maintain the same ground as ecm.

It should be grounded on a valve cover stud and not a bolt hole.

That is where I currently have it, I tried the other grounds to see if it was a ground loop issue. From what I have researched the zeitronix unit has to be setup a certain way to work correctly, I was wondering if the innovate had a special setup or if there was a effective way to get the readings to match.

What offset do you have to enter to get it to match?

That's what I was wondering, should I change the offset in flashpro manager or should I change the offsets in the innovate controller? Should I change the 0 volt reference or the 5 volt reference, or should I just throw in a positive or negative voltage in the voltage offset section.

When installed correctly with good grounds you should not need any voltage offset. What I need to know is what offset do you need to enter to get it to match?

Ok I will play around with it and see what I can do to get it match.
