Kpro v4 connection problem on-line off-line

kpro v4 I have a problem connecting and disconnecting (on-line/off-line) I changed the cable thinking that was it, it gives me an error

It connects on-line and after a short time it disconnects off-line by itself and like this every moment, I don't have time to do anything, I changed the cable thinking that was it

Make sur you have internet connection at the time you launch kmanager

being connected to the internet the same thing happens, it connects and disconnects all the time

What is the serial number that is on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?
From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

Are you using resistor or non-resistor type sparkplugs.

I think my notebook was not working well, I reinstalled everything again and so far it works correctly.
