I have a FA5 with plm headers, fullrace exhaust, Hybrid Racing CAI, and j35 throttle body i need help with hondata flashpro tune pleaseee.

Use a basemap with the mods closes to yours. Make sure it’s running in speed density and dial it in. Get it running safe until you get a proper tune. I can take a look at the logs.

I’m new to this stuff what do you mean by speed density. Also for a proper tune should I get an E-Tune and do you where I can get one.

To get it running properly you should always get a full Etune or dyno tune.
