No power to ecu

Hey so I’m having an issue of no power getting to my ecu with key on I get nothing I checked all my grounds and they are all good pls help I’m trying to get my 99 integra running

Have you tried putting the ECU in a known working vehicle?

Trace wires back and see where it does have power.
