Boost cut problem - B16a3
Posted: Tue Sep 05, 2023 5:48 am
Hello guys!!
I have a B16a3. My engine was installed 2 years ago running smoothly.
Now that I've installed the turbo kit, I'm having trouble setting up the calibration.
Even adjusting the "boost cut" and "boost control" and all other related parameters, the system cuts when it reaches 0.6 bar. To make sure the calibration wasn't the problem, I uploaded a friend's calibration, and the cut continued. I uploaded a third calibration, from someone else, and the error remains.
No errors appear on the ECU. I already checked vtec, vtec harness, ecu harness, oil sensor, ground wires, etc.
I thought it was a problem related to the Vtec, but when I remove the pressurization and the car is "aspirated" it works normally, activates the vtec, as if there was no problem.
Activating the vtec through the hondata system, it also works and turns on the engine light (as it should).
I've looked for similar cases here on the forum, but I still couldn't find my problem.
I believe it could be some sensor or even some system wiring. Really sad.
I wear:

if you need more information please let me know.
