FlashPro Manager Won't Download Logs

Hello,

I'm a relatively new user. I have FP Manager 4.1.3 on a Windows laptop and I'm working with a 2021 Accord 2.0T 10AT. I've recorded several logs as I'm trying to diagnose an unusual sound on acceleration (in another thread) and I'm having an issue with the software.

When I try to download logs, the process appears to succeed, but when I go back in to open those logs, only 1 or two (of 4-7 logs) have actually been saved. I've tried restarting the software, my computer, and detaching and reconnecting the FlashPro with no changes. So far these are anywhere from about 50KB up to a few MB. Any ideas?

Try deleting all the datalogs that are saved on the FlashPro and then try making new datalogs and see if they can then be downloaded.

Thanks, I’ll try that again. It’s odd because I’ve tried to do that and while the logs appear to be deleted, if I unplug the device and plug it back in, those logs are there again.

I’ve started logging on my laptop and I’ve had no issues. Not as convenient, but it works for now. The trouble is I’m trying to get logs of the pinging I’m experiencing, and I don’t want the laptop in the car all the time so I thought I’d just keep the FlashPro with me instead. No big deal.
