S300 v1 with new laptop issue

So i was curious if anyone possibly encountered this issue, my old laptop bricked itself so i went out and purchased a thinkpad t14 gen 2 with windows 11. I am currently on s300 v1 and when i hookup my data cable it gives me error code 39 and will not allow the drivers to work? i have tried to download and uninstall and redownload and nothing seems to work. any input much appreciated!

Have you tried connecting it to a desktop or other laptop?
