Hey guys. Had my kpro v4 for a while now and never run into any issues. Today I went to upload a new tune and Kmanager didnt connect right away like it normally does. I also noticed my head unit didn't connect via BT either.

The car starts and runs fine but I cant connect to it via any method. I ripped kmanager out and reinstalled (4.5.6.0 3237) and it still wont connect. Windows spits out a "USB device not recognized". BT fails to connect. USB update via Kmanager fails. (no specific error)

I pulled the negative battery cable to try a hard reset and the problem persists. I plugged in a scanner and there are no codes.

I would blame my laptop, but the head unit failing to connect via BT also indicates a kpro issue IMO.

Any ideas?

What is the serial number that is on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

I pulled the ecu and plugged it into my laptop and it updated the firmware automatically. I had to upload the calibration again, but it’s working again now. Thanks.
