Loud whirring after Hybrid Racing CAI install

Hi all,

I recently installed the 3.5” CAI by HR on my 09 FA5 and everything seems to be good except for an intermittent whirring/whining noise that I can’t seem to track down. The car runs fine and there doesn’t seem to be hissing so I don’t think it’s a leak. I can’t tell if it’s coming from the air bypass manifold but all of the clamps are securely on. Attached should be a video with the noise in it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I would recommend that you contact Hybrid Racing about that sound and see if they are familiar with it.
