I have always had this "issue". I put issue in quotes because I am not sure it is an actual issue. But what the car is cold (not warm but its not winter either) at throttle tip in and very low throttle the engine will die out before it revs up. Once warm this issue goes away. I have tried setting the TPS to 0% at 0% throttle in KPro and I have also tried turning the TPS to 2.5% at 0% throttle. Both with the EXACT same result. Just a tid bit of info the car has no IACV but it does idle very nicely when cold and warm. When cold it idles at 800 and when war it is at 1,000. Can someone look at the attached log and see if they see anything out of the norm at throttle tip in?

It probably has to do with not having an IACV.
