2003 RSX Type S Tune

Hello, I was coming here to get some advice or help on what I mean need to do to my tune, my current situation is that I am getting very poor gas mileage and the car is not too responsive as it should be especially at 4000 -5000 rpms, I think I may be running rich, but I feel there is also other issues. I will put an attachment of my current tune and also, I can put a data log but at 100% TPS, my AFR is around 12.4 at like 7500 and cursing around its between 13.90 and 15 with less than 30% percent TPS also its in closed loop during that time. Thank you
