Few Issues After Reflash

Good day,
I've got a 2009 Fn2 R EURO From Japan
I've installed 3" Short Ram Intake, Tegiwa 4-2-1 Header and Custom Cat Back into Single Exit.
At first I flashed the Hondata Stock map Fn2 in order to remove the 180km/h Japan speed limiter as start and immediately the car felt slower. Maybe The Japan Map was more aggressive? Anyways I then flashed the Group N Map and car felt better. On this Map I adjust vtec pressure window as the lower 3800 was too early for me and i adjusted WOT fuel parameters to fix it being lean in Vtec inaddition to a few other drivability parameters, rev limit launch control etc.
Few hours later whilst reversing I realize my rear parking sensors weren't working. Can anyone assist?
Inaddition to this I realize that idle( after start) revs to 2000rpm b4 falling when car is WARM ....cold starts are fine idles high as it should then falls....would this be MAF scaling related given the increase in intake pipe diameter over?
There's also a few knocks at low rpm or part throttle driving
