Kpro wont upload calibration when ecu installed in car #1 but when removed and switched into car #2 kpro will upload calibration and car runs, so i have ruled out laptops and software, what do i need to stsrt diagnosing from here ?

Something in the vehicle is not wired correctly. You will have to determine what is different between it and the running vehicle.
