What happins if I upload while engine is running? Will this harm the ecu? If this harms the ECU and we add a bottom to stop the engine from run to perform the upload?

It will not harm the ecu, but it will probably cause the engine to die. Safest bet is to always do your uploading with the engine off.

It will not damage anything.

I don't want to stop KManager from uploading if the engine is running because I will upload small changes to the ECU while the engine is running and do not wish to disable the ability to do this.

What small changes can be done? From what I have seen the ecu stops and starts the fuel pump when I do an upload, whice causes the engine to stall. So the change needs to be very min., where the fuel pump doesn't stall the engine out?

If I want to change one thing, like a small part of a table or the idle speed, I increase rpm to about 2000 and hit upload. The engine won't stall.

Is it possible to make kmanager uploads realtime like aem? Because sometimes i have to change manythings in same time on the road, but the engine stopped when i do this.

If it will be realtime, it will be very good.

Wow. The sad part is that's going to really change my life. Thanks for the tip!
