hi, i would like some help on a basemap for my k20a2 ep3

engine is totaly stock internals

its took me about 2 weeks to buld up slowly at work, currently wont be leving the ramp for a few more weeks as i m waiting on a gearbox with an lsd and 5.1 fianl drive but i've just got round to starting it up today

just an issue with injectors ( dw 1000 cc ) basicly its missfiring, sounds ike a subaru

soon as i touch the injector plug adaptors what came with the injectors it sorts its self out untill the plugs are moved again and the engine will stall or missfire even more

second is i cant seem to get the mac solanoid working ( boost by gear ), im not 100% sure if its wired correctly, pin 21 on the b Connector, and 1 wire to a blue and white in the passangers side the footwell ( RHD )

kpro v4

1000cc dw inectors ( i've selected from the calibration in kpro v4 )

sytec motorsport 340lph fuel pump

supply and return braided lines with fuel pressure regulator ( 45 psi currently )

vaccum box ( dump valve, fuel pressure reg, boost guage)

Precision PT6262 CEA ( 76mm impella )

tial wastegate with tial dump valve

3inch exhaust stright through ( no cat, oxy saensor conected )

sidewinder manifold with screamer pipe

4bar map sensor

skunk 2 ultra intake manifold

evap delete

any help om the boost by gear wiring would be much appricated,or how to test its working

ive attached the file below ive been tinking with ( injectors select dw 1000cc, 4bar map sensor )

thanks for any help

You need to fix the wiring issue with the injectors so that it has a solid connection.

Just giving color of the wired does not tell us what that wire is or what it is for. I recommend following the wiring instructions at: https://hondata.com/help/kmanager/boost ... tsub=boost

wiring is now sorted. it was the adaptors supplied with my deatschwerks injectors.

new wiring harnes fitted solved the problem :D
