Post-tune radar-related errors?

I've just started tuning and the +3psi base tune worked find. Wanted to see what +6psi is like, so I added that to my hondata and reflashed. Ever since then, my collision mitigation system, adaptive cruise control, lane departure mitigation, and auto-high beam refuse to enable and I get the respective "problem" errors on boot. Also got a check engine light. Tried reflashing to the +3psi and got the same errors minus the check engine. Tried reflashing to stock and got the same errors minus the check engine. Any advise on what could be the issue? I did also enable stage 1 throttle response on the +6psi tune in case that makes a difference.
