I just built my first K swap Honda. I made a base map for it. So I thought, but my AFR is all always reading lean unless i'm in the high rpm range. I am going to setup an appointment to get the car dyno tuned but, i want to drive the car around to make sure all my fluids stay in the car before i take it to get tuned. i do have a datalog for 15 minutes. As of right now it a K24A block with a K20A2 head with 08 tsx cams, 50 degree vtc cam gear, rbc intake, types S oil pump, t3582 turbo. Which i have the the MAC boost controller turned off in hondata. Any help would be great.

Welcome to the forum,

Post the calibration file you are running and the datalog. It could be running lean down low so the fuel needs to be adjusted.

The car is running lean. I made some broad fuel adjustments. Load the new file and datalog the car. Please up load the datalog to the forum as it can help others in the future. onedrive links can break when you no longer host the file.

would you know what gap i should be running on my ngk iridium ix BKR9EIX plugs. Im just curious because of the misfire sound that i hear at idle. I will upload the revised file and upload the new datalog. Again thank you for your patients and help.

The AFR look to be way better. I can drive the car and not be to scared to test the car out to make sure i dont leak any fluids. Here is the new datalog. If you find anything that you think needs to be adjusted please let me know. Thank you again.

I made some minor adjustments. This should be good enough to normal drive the car. I hope all goes well on your dyno tune.
Reach out if you ever need an Etune. My info should be in the calibration file.

Gap depends on how much boost you are going to run. It can vary from .20 to .25. Sometimes you can get away with using them out of the box. Be careful when you gap iridium plugs.
