Anytime I try to plug in my flashpro to my car, a code appears on my odometer. None of the lights on my flashpro light up either, however, when I plug in my flashpro into my computer, it works and shows a previous tune. Below is an screenshot with the code. Any pointers?

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.
