B18B1 Boosted, 750 cc injectors.
Runs very rich on current tune, either a better Basemap would work, or a possible fix/tuneup to my current calibration would be great also. Im linking the current calibration.

Do you have a working wideband? You need to post a datalog as well.

Im not able to datalog, the s300 seems to work and load calibrations fine, It just wont datalog any sensors or error codes after clicking the lighting bolt.
Probably shouldve figured this issue out 1st, Pretty sure all my settings on Smanager are correct for me to data log. If u have any Idea/threads that could help me diagnose this issue , exactly what fried Chips/ discolored soldering I should be looking for on the board.

If it can't datalog and is not running right, it may not be socketed correctly.

Wow. The soldering job is bad. I see some pins that are soldered together and one pin has a gap in the solder. I also see exposed traces.
You might need a new ecu and hope the Hondata module didn’t mess up.
Let’s wait to see what Spunkster suggest.

I would go with a new ecu. And make sure it’s from someone reputable. I would wait for Spunksters input on the Hondata Module. I’m not sure how to check if it’s damaged.

I bought it from someone, not the ecu but the car that came with it. This is a P28 for my b18b1 teggy. If I was to get a new ecu for the s300 to be transferred over would it matter if I got a P2P ecu? I question because theres alot of back and fourth from useing it vs the P28. I do have a spare OBD Adapter. Just didnt know if itd make a diffence since P2P look much cheaper.

You would need another p28 ecu. The p2p is OBD2 and you can not chip those.

You can also go with a non vtec obd1 ecu. Those can be converted to Vtec. You can also find a obd1 auto ecu and have it converted to manual.
Finding a p28 would eliminate the Vtec conversion but they tend to be more expensive.
