Hey guys. I'm thinking of going from a USDM P28 w/ s300 v3 to a JDM P72 w/ s300 v3 for the explicit purpose of adding a knock sensor reading for my ITR motor. The reason I'm looking at a JDM computer is because it's $100-$150 typical asking price vs $400 for the USDM P72 virgin variant.
Since I don't have secondary butterfiles, is there a way to eliminate them in SManager without any ill effects (such as a CEL or limp mode)?
Second question... the fact that JDM butterfiles activate on +12V vs the USDM activating on ground, any changes on the connection side necessary to avoid unreleated problems? Or just leave unwired?

If you don't have secondary runners then it will not be a problem and you don't have to set anything up special.
