Retard following gearchange causing hesitation

Hi all,

I'm having a regular problem with Flashpro in that it likes to apply lot of ign retard following a gear change. I've already zeroed the transient retard options to no avail. I can't find any other option which might be causing it.

Has anyone suffered this before ? Attached is a short log of the problem. Cal can be attached too, if necessary.
