window stuck behind window border

hi there i somehow shot my graph into the ether behind the top window portion. no matter what i cant get the damn graph window to move. any fixes? ive reinstalled with no luck

Use the scroll bars to move the window up, down, left or right.

I'm having the same issue.
tried what was posted and cant get it to move.

You must use the scroll bars on the bottom of the main window and on the right of the main window.
