On a FK8 HPD race car, we have Motec dash (Mandatory) and we want to use Flashpro for logging track use, since Motec C125 by OBD don't allow to log all channels like Flashpro.

I bought a OBD2 Splitter, and when both are connected at same like, Flashpro standalone don't allow to record

Does I need a special adapter, or do special settings?

I think, the CAN or OBD bidirectionnal make an issue here

The OBDII standard assigns the same address to any device on the diagnostic port (known as scan tools). The Motec would have the same address as the FlashPro. It sortof works if the datalogging rate is slow but there is an address conflict and sooner or later one of both devices will stop working.

So there is no real way to have both working at same time
