If your wideband is correct you are running dangerously lean.

Like Spunkster said, the car is running very lean. I also reviewed the calibration file and it seems the o2 has been turned off so the car does not go into closed loop. I set the car to use the built in wideband and add 20% fuel to all the tables to be safe. You can dial down the fuel afterwards. Load the file and see how the car runs.

This should be good enough to drive with no WOT. I adjusted fuel and timing where knock was present.
