The ecu vin has not been recorded

Had a failed upload. Ecu is now in recovery. Trying to upload cal but get error "the ecu vin has not been recorded". Ive unplugged the car batt for several minutes and tried again. Ive tried unplugging and plugging back in the flashpro and plugging it in before and after turning the car two clicks to on. The ecu shows a p0602 code. The flashpro is unlocked. I sent in the technical data via the help command in flashpro manager. Please advise.

How is it unlocked if you were trying to upload when this happened?
