No data logging
No uploading any kind of map
Troubleshooting all comes back with errors
Access violation error
I have been working with Richard of E-tunez. Everything has been going smoothly for the last three weeks until this last upload for my 4th revision. He noticed that the upload seemed corrupted and it reverted me back to his base map on its own. Today he sent me the 5th revision and now I can’t upload it. I get a violation access error when I try to upload or it will partially upload then stop and say “upload error”. Yesterday I was able to datalog for him but today when I tried it I got an access violation error as well. To go along with that any type of troubleshooting ends in an error. I have tried updating my software but it says it is up to date. Help would be much appreciated!

I have tried updating my software but it says it is up to date. To add onto that my car won’t start when I had his map open on kpro. It would just crank but it refused to start. As soon as I disconnected it, it started right up. Help would be much appreciated!

Restart the laptop, then open the KManager software and try again. Make sure you have internet access when you open the software.
