Are there any significant differences in the end tune if I create my calibration via the Calibration Wizard selections as opposed to the full list of available calibrations? Or is the wizard just a guide to the best tune for your current build?

I figure the option listed in the wizard is likely meant to input the response of the actual Mishimoto FK7 intercooler, however I have a Mishimoto Z-line reducing to the stock tubing.

The wizard select a calibration plus it applies modifications.
