Stumbles then shuts down. Won't restart until cold.

Vehicle: Noble M400
Kpro Serial: 47206
Software: V4.5.4
ECU: 37820-PPA-A07; 2828-106215 OF15
Kmanager: V4.5.4
Fuel: E85, sensor shows E78.

Issue:
Engine will idle for 30+ minutes, no problem.
If I drive the car, I can get maybe 15-20mins of run time before the car begins to hesitate at part throttle. Will stall coming to a stop. Won't start back up for ~30 minutes. If I let it cool down completely, works like nothing happened for another 15-20mins.
Datalogging shows nothing that would point to the issue.

What was checked:
- Fuel pump replaced
- verified getting correct fuel pressure
- New coilpacks, verified spark when engine won't restart.
- Wideband replaced
- Cleaned injectors and verified injectors were working when engine won't start
- Swapped relays around to see if car would start, nothing.
- Checked Crank sensor for voltage and 5v, both pass.
- Swapped maps, nothing
- Disabled Closed Loop, running in Open Loop, helped for a little, then would still fail.

What else could it possibly be? Why would the engine not want to stay running after being driven, but work without issue idling?

It looks like it is running cold in the datalog as it is not going past 138F. I do not know if that is part of the problem, but it should get up to an operating temp of at least 180F.

Are you sure yours 1300cc injectors dead time are correctly registred under "fuel injectors" ?

Are you using DW 1300cc injectors?

It's been 40-50F out here, and car has a lot of coolant.

Also, to be clear, this only started happening in the past 8 months. I don't drive the car that frequently, but it started happening randomly and without any real warning.

Injectors are actually ID1300s.

That I can't verify. I can only assume they were when installed. I went from DW1300s to ID1300s.

I replaced them back in 2020, and never had an issue with stalling until middle of 2022.

Use the ID dead times for your fuel pressure that are posted on their website to rule it out. I doubt they are the same.

I'll give it a shot, not sure it'll fix the issue, but at this point, I'll try anything.

In case anyone comes upon this thread and wondered what the fix is:
1. I fixed the MAP sensor wires. they were quite loose. This solved the issue with no restart
2. Fuel injectors kept getting dirty/clogged. Cleaning the injectors fixed the stumble, but it would come back. Added a filter on the feed line to the injectors. Fixed the stumbling for a few years now
