Hi everyone.
Faced with trouble, Hondata S300 v1 S\n 12,738 not prime fuel pump when ignintion is switch on.
1. Main relay was checked, it works.
2. Completed the Erase ECU, uploaded basemap p28.
3. Checked ECU, works fine with stock map (removing j1) and fuel pump works when ignition switch on
4. Using 'Test outputs" tool and check Test Fuel Pump (A9) - it starts working constantly(till remove checkbox).
What is cause?

When the fuel pump will not prime, what are the lights on the s300 doing?

D2 green solid light
D1 red blinks one time in a fraction of a second when ignition on
D4 on board solid light
Check engine blinking current errors, when no errors - turns on on 1 sec when ignition is on..
Laptop is not connected

If you turn the ignition completely off and then back on, do the lights on the s300 still do the same thing?
Have the capacitors been replaced in the ECU?
When was the last time it was working correctly and what has changed since then?

yes, absolutly

ecu works perfect, main cap c14 is replaced, but other devices for example hondata s300 v2 works well, also this v1 with sn 12738 works with this bug in the another ecu. i'm sure that its not ecu proble,

It sounds like the s300 has failed. The only option would be to upgrade to the new version 3 s300. Details and the form for upgrading can be found at:
