I have a obd2 engine harness with a obd1 jumper connected to a p06 with an s300. I was wondering if I tap in to the jumper harness cable which would lead to pin d14, if that isn’t right should I tap into somewhere on the harness or should I go about tapping into a different pin like D10 which I do not really get

You should not tap into any wires, as that may cause them to break. You should de-pin them from the harness and then run wires into those inputs so that it can be undone if it needs to be.
