Hello we have a K24A in a miata and we are running it with a Kpro4 and a 02-04 rsx loom but the IACV doesn't work also the IACV is brand new from Honda, we have changed the ecu with a PRB and again nothing. I have tested the wires they are correct A12 pin for the control and 12v supply and a ground according to this which i found on internet can someone help? Is there any reason it doesn't idle due to base map? or any other reason?

You have not posted your calibration.

That's the calibration, sorry, can you confirm that this is the correct way to wire the K24A IACV? the part number is
16022-RAA-A01
