Hey guys. New to forum. I was reading up first looking for some info but I had found nothing with reference to my issues. I recently had a local NJ shop perform a K24 swap into my Honda S2000. Everything is basically stock, except for air intake and exhaust. Kpro V4 installed using PPA (CRV) ECU. The shop did a very clean install and had the car started and idling when I arrived to pick it up. I noticed that the engine temp was not rising on the cluster, but I've read that the S2000 requires a modifry ECT module to have the S2000 cluster register the coolant/engine temps. But that wasn't the big problem. About 5-10 minutes into driving the car home, the check engine light turned on and stayed on. Few minutes after that, the car was not responsive to the gas pedal. I attempted to tap the gas pedal several times which led the car to intermittently buck like it was misfiring. I let off the throttle and pulled over the side of the highway. Slowing to about 10mph the car just stalled. Trying the restart the car was difficult and required me to feather the gas pedal to get her started. This didn't help much, one started the car would immediately stall. I had towed it back to the shop and they were saying the cause of the issues were the off the shelf tune and that I needed the car fine tuned. I find this hard to believe since the car was driving perfect in the back roads and onto the highway very well.
Could this be an overheating issue? Help!

We have no way of knowing what the issue is. I would take the advice of the shop that did the work.

You can read the error codes and check your sensors values to see if something not normal
