Hi I am having some issues with my K Pro was able to upload base map to ecu and uploaded successfully although had issues with it dying right after start up and not getting any sensor data while data logging value for map was at -29.9 and AIT at 302 F assuming that is because they are shorted or open? all sensor displays reading incorrect. Anyways after making some changes and trying to upload it gave me an error message, changing cords and different laptops didn't work. tried to cycle key and charge battery didn't change, clear security worked and then after I couldn't reupload or clear security again. am able to download successfully though meaning i can read one way? I'm assuming I was having an issue running because the kpro isn't seeing valid sensor data. Where im at now is I am unable to upload calibration ecu reads ignition on and fuel pump still primes. Not sure where to go from here any help is appreciated thanks.

Also tried grounding the valve cover ground mentioned on installation directly to battery with jumper cables

What is the serial number that is on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

It looks like this was sold as an install kit to Speed Factor, Inc. It could be an installation issue. You will need to have them check this out for you.

Sorry for Thread Jacking but has anyone encountered this error at kpro? I tried uploading my tune but it's not allowing me unless I register. Problem is I cant register because the fields are greyed out even when I am connected to the Internet. Is this error related?
