Car wont start after uploading tune

I have a USDM EP3 Si and I bought the car with the Kpro v4 installed and when I opened Kmanager it was on the USDM Si factory setting by hondata, I designed a pop tune for the car and worked fine however when trying to load the factory tune or my new 2 Step for launch control the car just cranks and wont start, however when I put the pop tune back on starts just fine. Any suggestions?

Do you have the immobilizer enabled or disabled?
