Understanding knock retard

Hello could someone help me to understand knock retard in these conditions, I made a pretty conservative calibration using original timing tables, torque request table is very conservative also. BP, AFR, FPD all looking good to me on the datalog. This FK8 is a low mileage car and apart from an PRL fmic is in stock condition.
