Bought a used FK8 with a old flashpro tune.

Hello,

I bought a new flashpro and a used 2019 fk8. I registered my flashpro, however, I can't lock it or upload a new tune due to the old tune still being active. How can I override the old tune? I thought i can buy a new flashpro and just overide it, but i guess not.

I'm not 100% which tuning device the previous owner used. I bought the car from the dealership and dealership won't release the previous owner contact information.
