Do not power on, Ignition off

Hello, Im new user, I bought a Civic Si 2002 with K20z3 swap and hondata kpro v4, everything was good until yesterday that I was using my car and they powered off I think that was my fuel pump because I had low gas, but I fill the tank and the car never turn on again, I tried to use my obd2 interface to check the live data but the interface didn't connect anymore, previously I was able to connect the interface and see the live data, well when I was at home again I tried to use my laptop and connect with the USB the drivers are OK, but says online, but ignition off, also de ignition is on, y check that the main relay does not have voltage in the pin 5 following the honda troubleshooting manual for ep3 2002 - 2003.

Somebody can helpme with that please?

You should try the ECU in a known working vehicle and see if it will run. If it does not, then the ECU has probably been damaged from being miss-wired.

Could you share how you fixed the problem? I have a similar problem with the main relay but i dont wanna make a new topic yet. thank you!
