Analog input issues

Post by Thenameforcorey »

So I've wired in a rife 0-150 psi oil pressure sensor to my kpro v4. I wired it in exactly like hondata recommends and set the analog input up so it shows the correct psi reading and everything works great. Btw its wired into analog1 .The issue I'm having is wen I add analog1 to my guages on my Bluetooth app on my phone it doesn't show any reading. I also have a powertune digital dash wired via canbus into the ecu and even on my digital dash wen I select it to display analog 1 it shows a readout but it's way off. On my laptop the sensor is showing 40 to 45 psi idle like normal and on my digital dash its showing 0.59 and the pressure doesn't go up much at all wen I bring the engine rpms up , but like I said on my laptop the sensor is reading 100% normal. It's almost like there's a setting I need to set on my kpro to get it to stream the analog 1 input via canbus or Bluetooth but I can't find anything. At this point I'm tempted to just say F the kpro and wire a 2 pin oil press sensor directly to my digital dash so I can have a oil pressure guage that reads correctly. And btw it's not the settings on my digital dash, all the other parameters that the kpro streams over canbus work perfectly fine on my digital dash ( engine temp, iat, battery, afr,) it just seems that the only parameter I'm having issues streaming over canbus is the external oil pressure sensor I wired in yet wen I plug my laptop to my kpro the oil pressure sensor is showing that it's working perfectly fine. Does someone have a answer for this or could point me in the right direction. Thabks guys

The analog inputs are not sent via Bluetooth, so you will not see them.

Details on the CAN output can be seen at: http://www.hondata.com/help/kmanager/can_output.htm

If a custom setting is used, it may not display as you want. Only preset items will be transmitted properly.

I am having a very similar issue with an oil pressure regarding the app. So with the latest version of Kpro and the app, is there anyway to send the anolog signals to the app with Kpro or is this an s300 thing only that will allow it? Any work around to get the signal to the gauges on/through the app?
