Hello and good day all. I have hondata s300 v3 JDM that cannot upload and datalog. The button for upload and datalog grey out cannot click. Only can view s300 information that not show any problem.
Car running well no check light. The problem only cannot do anything to tune...i try with others 3 working ecu, no luck to make it work. Pretty sure it not ecu problem.
1. LED 4 ON direct when igniton key ON, LED D3 ON like 3 second and OFF. start engine all good.
2. LED 4 ON direct when i plugin USB cable, LED D3 ON like 3 second and OFF, LED D2 blinking continuously. And it show ON LINE in smanager.
3. I open calibration in smanager, and turn the ignition key ON. Noting happen, it should show start/stop datalogging button available, but it just grey and cannot click.
4. Also check CN2 connection from ecu to hondata all have connection and no open circuit..
It is possible hondata problem not detecting cn2 connection?

I got internal short at U1. 5V from cn2 to U1 LPC1768FBD100 pin 88.. Resistance form GND to 5V should be R43 10K. Do Hondata sell spare part for replacement U1?

We do not offer replacement parts for the s300.
As it is out of warranty, you will have to pay for a replacement s300 circuit board.

Nothing changed this was in my friends car and when he tried to upload a map dint work so he gave it to me to check.
I updated to the latest software and tried checking nothing works
Checked all soldering and checked with chip tester for all pins
No cold solder all components look good and soldering looks good checked continuity using multimeter across the pins.
Should we connect remotely? To check ?
