Civic 1,5T MT Eu 2020 with particle filter

Hi,
I am a beginner in the field, I embarked on an ethanol conversion + stage1.
So I put on a PRL ethanol kit and flashed the Civic-Turbo-MT-2018-3-Ethanol-tuned map.
First question, is it normal to have 3 sensivity options and not be able to select just one?
After flashing the tune the car drives normally
But I have a little problem, when I go up in the RPM when I'm in 2 nd or 3 rd sometimes the acceleration cuts out at 5000/5500 rpm as if I was reaching the engine ruptor, no error detected by hondata.
I have changed my spark plugs.
Do you have any idea where the problem could be?
