how do we suppose to know if the launch limiter is enabled or disabled?
is it enabled once we flashed the ECU? If so, how can we disable the function?

THe settings you have mentioned are always on. You can raise the limits so that they are outside of normal operation if you want.

Just curious, is your Accord a 1.5T or 2.0T?
