Hondata

i tried to update my hondata on my 2019 type R but it fails to update. on the flashpro manager it dont show me even having account anymore and dont even show my car.
when i installed it earlier this year everything worked fine not sure what happened to it.
do you guys think its dead and need a new one, asking because im about to install a intercooler and need to tune it

since its been awhile since i posted this and have not had any help to what the problem could be it seems Hondata dont care about its customers or thier products.


All i wanted was a simply reply on what the problem might be so i can fix it

- hondata = FlashPro?
- what version of FlashProManager?
- what serial number?
- fails to update - the FlashPro or the vehicle? What messages do you get? What does FlashProManager show?
- account - not sure what you mean there. FlashPro customer details?
- don't show my car - FlashProManager?
