K20Z3 SWAP, will it affect Flashpro?

I have concluded that it is a better decision overall to just swap the whole engine out. Compression issues, leaks, valve damage, etc.
So I have a new K20 on the way, gonna hunker down in the garage for a couple days until its finished.
My question is: I have my flashpro locked to my ECU. If i swap the engine out (no harnessing or ecu swap, no trans, manifolds, sensors, any accessories at all) do I need to do anything with the flashpro [like unlock it before the swap?]
I haven’t been able to find anything related to this issue. If anyone has info, links, please help out. Thank you.
