Flashpro Unlock

I cannot unlock my flashpro from the car. I’m on the latest version of flashpro and I have already returned my car to stock calibration. Every time I go to unlock it from my vin I hit that Im selling the flashpro and then it pops up with the error to contact Hondata I’ve tried to call and nothing has happened. I need some help

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.
