I have a b16a2 turbo with Hondata s300

The car can see the coolant temperature but will not see it change / compensate. If u turn the ignition off and back on the car will then see the temp go up so on cold start it always sees the temperature as cold start unless I re set ignition.

Would this be a ecu issue or a wiring issue? Car has a type r harness and my mapper told me the cause was a type r harness in a non type r chassis

Have you tried the ECU in a known working vehicle?

I’ve not but might try ask somone if I can only problem is it’s set for bigger injectors and 4bar map sensor but even with only ignition on should see the temp change you’d think?

You should upload the calibration for the vehicle you try it on.
