I had an internal issue with my ecu and needed to order a new ecu for my FK8.

After programming new ecu to vehicle, I tried to flash it with my flashpro, but it would not work.

Do I need to jailbreak this new ecu, even though it has my vehicles vin number?

I noticed the new ecu Honda sent was an updated Bosch part number compared to my 2019 Fk8 older ecu

Did you return the original ECU to stock and unlock the FlashPro from it?

The new ECU will have to be jailbroken to be able to use it as well.

What is the ECU part number?

I did not return to stock and unlock it from the original stock ecu.

Old ecu # 37820-5BF-A21

That ECU part number is supported.
