B16 Basetune

I have a B16 with intake and exhaust. I know on the s300 preloads there is the p28 b16 tune. Would this be fine to run it with the set up? Thanks

You can use it as a starting point, but should be tuned on the dyno to get the most out of it.

Would I need to do a dyno. Or could I datalog and have someone adjust the fuel tables based on it?

It should be tuned on the dyno.
